Baddest quality of PnP brand

The below message is what I sent to them and I never received any reply from them I called and still I didn't get any help:

Good evening. Unfortunately there is nothing good about my evening. I went to pick n pay here in Jo'burg and I bought 2l pick n pay Ice cream. I got home and I'm staying less than 10 minutes away from pick n pay. I got home put my ice cream in the freezer and right now I opened my ice cream only to find out that it's half and not full. I decided to ignore that fact since I badly needed the ice cream. I always buy it and it's always full but the one for today it's a big no. Honestly the way I wanted the ice cream today the quantity didn't matter. As I was sharing the ice cream it had ice in the middle like someone defrost it before or they once removed it from the fridge. The colour itself is not the one I know. The one I always buy is purple and white in colour but now I don't know where the little bit of pink is coming from. I am going to send the pictures below. I'm honestly not happy with your brand PnP. Do you check these products before releasing them to the public because there is no way I can open am ice cream in the shop just to check if it's in good condition. I never had to do that before why should it start now? I'm hurt I'm heartbroken I bought this ice cream because I badly wanted it only to be disappointed in the end. I bought this ice cream exactly at 17:39 and in less than 10 minutes I was home. I put it in the fridge and I started cooking so there is definitely no way it would have melted on my way home and besides today the weather was called and not hot. I bought this ice cream at pick n pay The Bridge in Johannesburg and I'm staying at boxer corner von brandis and jeppe street so you can check the distance yourself if it is possible for the ice cream to have melted by then. I'm very disappointed
