Bad vides on after service

Good day , i bought a Midea Mir***ave oven model number EM 928 ETB which came with a 5 year guarantee, I took it in to Pick n Pay Liberty Midlands Mall were I purchased it from, As it not working, And they are now saying it was never a 5 year guarantee/ warantee as Midea does not give a 5year garantee or warantee, It was printed on box , it is a 5 year guarantee
