Bad treatment nd poor service

On the 1st of November, I was at West gate Mall to do shopping @Pick n Pay store , I normally shop with them, normally they will allow me to come through with the trolly with groceries from other store then the security will close the bags for customer instead of referring them to parcel counter, today that was not done instead I was blocked from entering the shop by this very rude security and the Manager (Mashelele)on duty telling me to leave my trolly @ d parcel counter when I asked why ?they said it's a new rule which was not written in black n white @ d store i asked the manager if the head office knows about this law of their own as its not notified when entering the store, he said yes they know then i asked if it was only this pick n pay because last week I was @ forest hill mall (pick n pay) such treatment was not given.Careless about me as the customer they both block nd push my trolly from entering the shop(Manager Mashelele and the security lady wearing black , white and red uniform) unfortunately I didn't get her name she was not putting her name tag.I ended up living without doing my shopping as I was not allowed to come nor show me their law written . I am humilated every1 looking @ me as if m a ***** I am so disappointed on the service I have received today.
