Bad treatment

Yesterday on the 4th January I went to shop at Pick n Pay Vaal Mall, the ques were very long however only two cashiers were opened and the rest were closed Elderly citizens were also queing since it was their day to collect their grant While we were busy queing we were told that the que is being cut off and we need to go My heart was very sore and full of compassion when I looked at our senior citizens being treated like that I then went upfront to ask for help and also asked for the manager so that we can be assisted but no one was willing to assist us until their supervisor came because I had told them that we were not leaving until we were served

I don't understand how a big shop like that would only use two tills on a busy day like that and also treat our senior citizens the way they did

They eventually opened the till again and we were served But my concern is there's no respect for customers and elderly citizens
