BAD TREATMENT AT PICK N PAY TEMBISA TEMBI MALL

Pick n pay Tembisa Tembi mall in Rabasotho. had the Worst experience EVER!!!!! On the 5th of October my mom went to Pick n Pay to collect her sassa grant money. When she go to the till the cashier said they don't have money, she then called her supervisor so check with other cashier if they got enough cash, the supervisor who assisted my mother was very rude to my mom, she speaks Sepedi, brown in complexion, medium in weight,She told my mom why did she come to withdraw her sassa grant money on the 5th, she must strictly come on sassa pay day, she told my mom that she must stop collecting her money at her own, they don't have money for. The supervisor was disgustingly rude to my mom. Pick n pay is this how you treat elderly people? Do you have a policy that specifically state that sassa beneficiaries should collect grant on pay day only? Please pick n pay management, help me understand. Now my mom is scared to go to Pick n Pay because of that Supervisor who was shouting and rude to her. Dear Pick n pay Tembisa Tembi mall, YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE SUPERVISOR.
