Bad treatment at local Pick'Pay store

I'm having problems with the owners and personnel of the local store since August last year. Last August I was called "n pyn in die gat" by Gail one of their supervisers. It was about porterhouse steak that was advertised but they never had stock of the item. I reported the incident to headoffice and had a discussion with George and het gedink die strydbyl is begrawe maar dit was allesbehalwe!!

The last straw was last Tuesday about Aylesbury 2 litre ice cream that was on s special for R29.99. I opened 4 tubs in the shop withot breaking the seals. 2 were treequarters full ad 2 were full which I bought but I was confronted by Miss Helen add George both owners. I was threatened that if I ever open a tub of ice cream in shop they will refuse me entry to the shop. I reported this to headoffice and they said I am a difficult customer when they called me back the next day. I also phoned Parmalat and they were more sympathetic and was promised some vouchers to be send by mail. Pick'n pay's conduct was disgusting and I hope that they will be more userfriendly in the future.
