Bad treatment as Pick ' n Store by PnP staff

Service at Pick 'n Pay Cosmo City Mall is bad, I was shouted and had fingers pointed at me by cashier Noko Chippani in front of the acting store manager (the till slip is even reflecting a different name, not sure if I was given the correct details) I was so embarrassed in front of other customers that I even asked him to refund my R1,149.90 and he said "with plessure" amd gave me back cash when I swiped as i avoid using for safety purposes, having worked for Pick N Pay head office i know this is not the values of Pick N Pay business. I am extremely disappointed and will never visit Cosmo City Store.
