Bad they insult and make customers like fools highly ****ed off

I am highly disappointed with the service from pick n pay spring field I've called these people more than 20 times requesting for a manager to call me I have a cash refund which they need to give me unfortunately the lady Nadia solomon keeps making me. A stupid saying she will call me but that never happened another thing is their swich board is none the better they continue making customers fools saying that people will call but never happens I than called again and what they doing is making the phone ring pick n pay is terrible in their service to their customers and I am. Highly annoyed how can they treat their customers like that
