Bad taste left in my mount.

I bought roasted chicken pieces for my work lunch break. I went back to the office to have my lunch. On my surprise the chicken was off. I now wasted a whole 30 mins drive and R45 as I am unable to eat the chicken bought at Pnp Steenberg.

Hi Pick n Pay Steenberg,

Thank you for your call and your offer of a refund of the chicken and calamari on the house. I appreciate the prompt response to this issue.

I will not be taking up the good gesture , however I look forward to shopping at Pick N Pay again soon and hopefully I will have a better experience .
