Bad system

Very disappointed with the service from the Pick n Pay App. I ordered one of the Black Friday specials via the App, paid for the items and the delivery fee and almost an hour later only get a message to inform me that they are out of stock, this after they have taken my money which will now take 10 days to return. I have tried canceling the delivery because there is no longer anything being delivered to me but to no avail, so now not only am I not getting what I ordered but I still have to pay a delivery fee for them to deliver nothing!!!
