Bad store environment

I was at pick n pay festival Mall 30 dec 2024.The lines where so long to pay. It took more than 30mins before I reached the till. The stinge in that shop due to no aircon and it was so hot outside imagine inside a shop with hundreds of ppl. They neva put their aircon on. I cannot understand how they have 14 till points but 4 cashiers working their asses off in the heat. Slavery seems to be making a comeback especially at this store. Checkers never have this problem now I see why all pick n pays are closing. Managers don't take care of the work environment. Cashiers were so lathogist.
