BAD SMELL-SAVOURY RICE!

If you are thinking of buying take away food, I would advise NOT TO BUY at Pick n Pay Parow Centre. I bought savoury rice for lunch. After few s****s I noticed a bad smell from the rice. It got worse by a second, the smell was HORRIBLE. You can tell the food was warmed many times and it was there for days. Now from the bad smell to the WORST customer service. I decided to go back to Pick n Pay after work(17#30) and the shop was already closed but the security was still at the entrance. Told the security what was wrong, DID HE NOT SAY 'WE ARE CLOSED ALREADY, YOU SHOULD TAKE THE FOOD AND BRING IT BACK THE NEXT DAY'. Like, ***!!!! So now I should go home with this food that smells horrible and bring it back the following day WOW!!!Luckily, I called customer care earlier on after noticing the bad smell and the lady who assisted me said I need to take back the food on the same day with my slip. Only when I said I'm calling the customer care line again then now the security called a guy named Warren. He took the takeaway and told me to come back tomorrow for a refund. So all they care about is the refund, no apology, no process on what I should do when I come back the following day. I had to for his name and only then they made a note on my till slip. I feel bad for the customer who bought the same savoury rice before me, I hope he noticed the smell. Lesson learnt- TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING THAT IS FOOD related from Pick n Pay!!!!
