Bad Shopping Experience at PnP Killarney Mall

My experience at this store is not pleasant most times and here it goes. 1. The staff are unfriendly. They just about greet you at the tills. 2. The staff use their cell phones whilst behind the counters taking their attention away from customers 3. The store is not pleasing to the eye and not the cleanest 4. The bakery section is the worst being that I have bought cream doughnuts which were surprising salty 5. I bought snow ***** on 3 occassions which were stale and the 3rd occasion I took it back and the assistant store manager told me that I am the first customer to complain then apologised then wanted to give my money back which I declined. I then told him that I will get another snowball and we will both eat it which I did do. I made him feel it then I opened it, broke it open in front of him and lo and behold that one too was stale.

What surprised me most is the unprofessional behaviour of an assistant manager who instead of managing the situation he made me feel like a **** by his words saying You are the first person to complain.

Then after an argument broke out between the two of us he did say he took it back to the bakery so Im not sure what that outcome was.

This is the worst PnP I have shopped at. So disappointing
