Bad shopping experience

I was shopping at Pick n Pay Braamfontein on 13 January 2024.The store closed while I was still inside doing grocery shopping.I was told that the store is closed and that I should bring my grocery to pay.I was prevented from proceeding with my shopping and told I should bring my trolley to the cashier to pay.
