Bad sevice at Pick n Pay Hyperama Faerie Glen

I went to Pick & Pay Hyperama Faerie Glen to buy a Bluetooth speaker. At the department I asked the lady called Nkateko to please assist me. I am looking for a small bluetooth speaker for my laptop. She didnt even know what a bluetooth speaker is but she is working in that department, After going througth the shelves I saw the speakers and called her. The Blaupunkt speaker had a price of R399, but the other make didnt had a price on. I asked her what is the price? She said and showed with her finger to the Blaupunkt, it is R799 she said, but according to the price on the shelve it is R399. No she said to me that price is wrong. I asked the man behind the cashier what the price is. She said R799 and he did agree to it. The other one is R499. I was very upset with Nkateko and the manager for telling me the price is R799, the price is clear on the shelve. I went to the shelf and took the price to him and said I want to speak to his manager. Saddenly the price was R399 and Blaupunkt will never be R799. The box with the bluetooth speaker was standing infront of him the whole time. Working previously in Finance and Insurance and all my qualifications I am shock to see they think I will just leave at and look the other way as we all sometimes do. This is bad service and not good for the interest of the company. Client service and respect for clients is something Pick n Pay Faerie Glen in Atterbury must work on. I went and bought my Bluetooth speaker at HiFi Corporation and receivedt excellent service.
