bad servive from cashier Rose BOIKANYO

I went to PicknPay GA Rankuwa in Pretoria and I'm irritated by their cashiers services. This is the second time the cashiers don't pack my grocery on my plastics. Lat time the manager promised to attend to this ridiculous service from the staff. I'm also at work and its my lunch time . Why am I expected to do work that is supposed to be done by their employee? Name of cashier. Rose Boikanyo. She is even rude and does not even ask you to pack she just puts the plastic there and keeps quiet. I'm really fed up with pnp as this is not the 1st time this happens
