Bad Servive

I was disgusted by an attitude from Pick n Pay staff in Musgrave. With my groceries I bought a sim card from them a week ago & they couldnt rica claiming to be offline. Yesterday again i stood in a queue to Rica. A front end manager / supervisor, indian lady, left me in a queue unattended after helping another lady with Rica. Lady on the nearby till called her to come back to assist me & she just threw her back hand & said she is going to liquor store. Meanwhile she was standing near the cigarette counter chatting to her peers till i left. Another lady, I think namely Thembi came in to assist, sulking & not willing to help. Pick n Pay need to do or offer training to their staff. This is not acceptable! Totally revolting service!
