Bad Servive

I went to the bakery section and joined the que, after I realized everything is slow and only one person is serving I asked if theres anybody that can assist with the que, the so called Suzan just exploded and told me I should wait like anybody else, I cant just come stand at bakery. That offends me as i have waited long on the que. As I wanted a clarity from manager Fikile she was nowhere to be found and everyone kept standing not assisting in anything. I guess thats good customer service
