Bad services for an elderly customer

Pick and pay Maponya mall has less baskets for shoppers and this one guy told this old lady that was on the line right next to us that she can’t use a trolley coz the line was apparently for basket users . And the old lady explained that the store has run out of them and he didn’t even bother assisting the old lady , she had to carrry more than 10 items with her hands and saw some people had to share buskers in order to be able to carry their items . Very dissapointed with the store . Expecially coz was an elderly person involved .
