Bad services

Pic n Pay Hyper -(Woodmead, JNB)- I took in my microwave 3 weeks ago as it's as under warranty, they told me 21 days someone will call me. Last week ( 2weeks) I went to follow up as no one called me or checked in for feedback etc. It seemed that the microwave still sitting there and not sent away, the manager on duty was called no one took any responsibilities or actions just passed the buck..... He said he'll let the someone call me the next day as the lady that filled my case was not workinggg. Its a week later still no call or microwave. Its unacceptable and in winter!!! I'm using my stove that's using more power we already have issues with loadshedding as well. To also drive also 20km every week for no response...petrol is expensive!!!!!
