Bad services at PnP Strand, Western Cape

I went to PnP in the Strand, Western Cape for the noodles that are on special. They had no noodles in stock. When I informed management of this they offered to give me a rain check that would last a month and they are also uncertain when they would get stock in. I tgen informed them that the consumer law states that you must guve something simi**** to that which is on the shelve. He then said PnP has their own rules and that they are not subject to the consumer law and I can report them if I want to. Now this surprised me because no one is above the law per our constitution. This manager is very rude and has a great attitude with clients. PnP in Strand never has stock that is on special. And the staff will indicate to you that they never had the stock fron the start of the special. Now per the consumer law this is bait marketing and should a shop be found guilty they can be fined. I really don't know why they still have the store in Strand because they never have stock. I believe that they are just doing bait marketing and PnP head office is aware of this. Head office took away all the management that was for the client and put these rude staff in their place. PnP's is real bad. I suggest people go to PnP family store in Gordons Bay. They have enough stock of all the specials.
