Bad services and expired products

I had send my husband to buy milk for my baby, he went to buy it was on the 12 July 2018 12:37 and the milk was on special R49.99 for 2 tin formula milk big ones and only to find out the milk os expiring 27 July 2018, so pick n pay make special on near to expire products, ohk fine today my husband returns the milk he had forgotten the slip but i took picture and send it to him via whatsapp and he printed it out so when he get there to pick n pay he approached lady by the name of March pick n pay greenstone, the lady asked irralevant question like why ddnt he look at expiry date and why is he returning after he had told her that the milk is about to expire and by 27th the both large tins wont be finished with an attitude she send him to another lady to help him the lady asked for slip and he produced the slip on phone and the one he had printed out, she refused and wanted the original my husband asked whats the difference because the barcode is the same, so it was an unecessary long issue jst to return they about expire product, they had to acknowledge the product is expiring soon and its not even a week we have purchased the product....*so be aware with products from pick n pay the make special on products that are about to expire.*
