Bad services all the time

Am not happy with the service I always receive from pnp diepkloof square I always order n get a message that it was out of stock bt funny wen I placed n paid it was available how can i order order somethin that's out of stock cs it was not supposed to gv me an option too n worse part y ddnt u cancel the whole order as I won't be buying bakers mini for 100 cs the whole order was for everything to be delivered not some so please cancel the whole order n gv me my money back in my account its annoying honestly
