Bad services

I'm Rekhotho Tshikani, cell no ***. Am hereby complaining about the poor service from Pick n pay at Megamart Tembisa. I bought the two plate stove with oven Aim brand. The stove gave me a problem I took it back on the 8 May 2022 because it has a Gaurantee of 2 years. They said they will took it to be repaired, and it will takes up two 6 week for stove to be retain back to me. I went to check with them since it was week 9 on the 7 July 2022,and I found out that they didn't started with any process of taking it back to be repaired and I will wait another 6 weeks. Am really disappointed about their services because am unemployed I can't manage to buy another stove while waiting for them. And I don't understand their procedure since my stove have guarantee not warranty. Why should I wait a d they also failed me by not returning it.
