Bad services
Just mad a purchase of just under R500.00. I was assist by a teller by the name of Lameez. After payment I ask her If she has taken my smart shopper card for the purchase. I could not believe her reply. She asked me if I gave the card to her. Now in my experience with pick n pay. Every person has always ask for the card, but the attitude that Lameez has really put me off. If I was having a bad day that was going to me a hugh seen. I hope that pnp Longbeach takes this matter seriously. Lameez need to learn to smile and be accountable for her actions.
