<p>went to pick n pay eastrand to apply for a fridge on credit theres no staff on the shop floor waiting for feed back its begin 3 weeks now </p>

yes i did do an account the guy takes my documents and says they will contact me after weeks of waiting i go back to the store and ask a lady for asssitance she calls rcs and they response was "they declined the account because i never answer my phone " for me that response is nonsense i ever heard i called numerous time and they say they sorry and they will put a note and they will contact me .....i ask the lady for requirements and she says i do meet the bracket for the credit but i never receive no feedback until today which is unexceptable
