Bad Service/Incorrect Prices displayed

Bad customer service/incorrect prices displayed Just came back from pick & pay in kuilsriver River Park, what a horrible, frustrating experience i in counter at the shop today. I went to go buy a pork pack for R59.99 per kg as displayed on the advert paste against the fridge, however after selecting my bag i noticed that it had a price tag of R69.99 per kg on it. I took the bag and went to the butcher to enquire the price because of what is being advertise is not what the price on the bag indicate. The male butcher assured me everything is fine and that the price will go off at the till point. He then removed the R59.99 per kg advert and took it to the back with him. Well after standing in a Q for a few minutes it was my turn to be helped. I told the cashier of what transpired and when she scanned the bag it showed R69.99 per kg. She then called a female supervisor who also took some time (8 min) to get there to help out as she first had to sort out other cashiers at other till points. In the meanwhile the line behind me was getting longer and you could see that the customers getting upset. Supervisor then told the cashier to call someone from the butcher to come and assist. Waited another (6min). I had to explain again to another female butcher what the issue was. She said she will come back now, I waited at the till for a while and then went to go look where this lady was. She then came to me after a while and said someone will come and assist me. I waited and waited. The male butcher who originally helped me came out and said the person who needs to assist is on a Tea Break. So I Waited and waited again. After about 30 min from the start of this issue I decided to collect my smart shopper card at the cashier and told that this is very bad service and that Im leaving because I cant wait any longer.

This is my second review on hello peter to date and both is from the same store, thus expect a bad service when you go there. I feel I was taken for a fool to say it nicely.
