Bad Bad Bad service - You Vaal mall Branch terrible service 1st your store number does not work your customer complaint number *** redirect you to PC Glass no assistance in store only 4 Tills open 3 floor one (cigarette counter) Phoned your customer complaint number *** (Calls record so please listen what was said) was transferred to your JHB head office as Cape town was unable to help me, sorry we close only open in Jan 2022 (At your Vaal mall) with the only 4 cashier waited long to be assisted, was not asked for a bag, however when i asked for one it was given I had to pack my own stock, dont tel me they have not have staff what happened to planning you know its Dec get extra staff if you want to blame COVID them have a look at the long queues in your Vaal store, no social distance, no one controlling your sanitising department, no manager available at customer counter - I need a Regional to phone me and resolve this issue as this is not the 1st time I laid a complaint and nothing was done not even a call back.
