Bad service they don't even deserve 1 star for service received today

Today I really received bad service from one of your pick and pay ASAP in brackenhurst Alberton, I placed an order at 10h30 and only received my order at 12h12 and there were items missing why must the customers be inconvenience like this. The driver who delivered the items advised he can not leave the packet that was in his boot because it is not scanning on his phone. Why must this be my problem now I will wait again for another two hours for that item it is really disappointing and wasting people's time.
