Bad Service / Terrible Manager

I just had the worst service at your Pick n Pay store in the Irene Mall - what a horrible manager that works there. The cashier mistakenly didn't ring an item up and when I questioned the matter, the manager came and made a big scene about this, saying that he will have to fire the cashier over R10, as it is PnP policy. I exclaimed my disappointment to him about wanting to fire the cashier over such a silly mistake and asked him, what he as the manager of the store, is going to do about my item that she didn't ring up. He literally turned around and walk away leaving the poor cashier to defend for herself. I am disappointed in PnP Irene for having such poor people in their management team, and in PnP in general for employing such an asshole. He is walking around doing nothing and laying on counters doing nothing... what a shame to see people on the streets who would really do a better job that this schmuck!

I will really not shop at PnP Irene Mall again if that is the kind of service I will be getting.
