Bad service/ Stock issues Pick n Pay

Pick n pay advertised some specials. I visited two stores the same day the specials started and both had no stock. BOKSBURG East Rand mall an Kempton Park Glenmarais. I asked the packers if they had stock and they said no. When I got home I ordered online paid for the order, this includes other items. This is now a week laterand still did not receive my stock. I send a few emails and they are not sorting it out. I just think if u advertise specials make sure you have stock.
