Bad service scandal on promotion
I never buy from you guys, twice now I've done it just for the pure joy of a 7 years and the cards same branch sorry no cards. If you want to copy checkers at least have the decency to say we don't have at this moment either before buy your **** or at least find a way to have a manager sign a slip and let us know when there is in stock. Biggest failure. We are already not missing the closing branches might as well go full steam ahead

24 Nov 2025, 07:28This is the second time, there is just no attempt for your stores, read all the HP complaints about the cards, its very clear Pick n pay can't run n promotion, you just keep throwing T's and C's up as a shield where as checkers would call and ask other stores and make arrangements and also please don't tell me about the swap days we know. after this "springbok card" promotions and all the people we decided to buy there only to find disappoint, will also not go there again.
