Bad service received

The bad treatment that I got from the till operator/cashier her name is Cynthia Molale or something like that making me wait for a change for more than 15 minutes claiming they dnt have a change on for someone to come buy with 100 same amount as me then she opened her till there boom she has change for both of us we got our R70s but the question is why did she make me wait for that long, then the management colored one didn't even seem to give a two cents when I approached him, Customer service sucks at this store but only for this two they need more training and must have respect for some customers.
