Bad service, products not received

Good day I purchased 6 six pack items items on the Pick n Pay Asap app. I only received one 6 pack. I made contact with the store where I was told each item in Tha 6 pack had his own barcode and that was what they picked up and I only got the one 6 pack. I logged a call via email and two days after received an email with a reference number just stating I can now order again on the app. How I should do it, was not explained as the price increased. The reference number given cannot be added anywhere on the app. I emailed them again and asked if I can collect my products at the store near me... Still no feedback.
