Bad service, pricing and passing the buck
Yesterday afternoon I went into this store to make my purchases. They had the castle lite stock on their shelves and the price in the row that had the 6 pack was displayed at R39. when i got to the cashier the price charged was different and when I queried this, I was told by the cashier that the price charged was correct and the display was incorrect. When I took her to the fridges (oh and I took the pictures of the shelves) she then told me that is a price of a different product. This was clearly not my problem that the items I was purchasing were packed and had an incorrect price displayed. She then continued to blame us as customers for moving stock from the correct shelve. Well as if this is not insulting enough. Matter of fact the shelves were packed all the way to the back so firstly there is no way any customer could have \repacked"the store and also they DO NO ALLOW customers into their walk in fridge so it would quite be impossible for customer to again \""repack\"" the shelves under incorrect pricing. This is quite unacceptable and very negligible on Pick n Pay's part. One never experiences such at stores such as Spar Tops. Is it a problem to have my patronage?"""
