bad service - pnp vangate mall cape town.

I visited PNP VANGATE MALL (in athlone, cape town) on Sunday 22/09/2024. I went into the store with a window blind that i bought at a different store. At the check out/ till the cashier was so rude when i packed my groceries out on the counter to be checked out the cashier kept the belt that moves the good running continuously. She continued this until from the groceries fell on the floor and she laughed about it with her packer that packs the bag. I asked her to please stop it and she just ignored me. the packer than went ahead and threw my blinds that i had out of the trolley leaving it cracked. When i asked her why she did it she ignored me and just continued talking to the cashier. I then proceeded requesting to speak to a manager and as per usual no manager available in the store. One of the staff members came near and i told her what the two staff people did at the till and she just said oh ok i will inform the manager. when asked who is paying for my broken item she bluntly ignored me. the service and disrespect that the staff of this store shows is just on another level. and there is never a manager available when something serious happens.
