Bad Service - PNP New Redruth

I went to PNP New Redruth today 20/02/24 and at the entrance they sell donuts. I proceeded to tell the lady behind the table I wanted 2 donuts. She then says you have to go in and pay. Clear as day, I shop then go pay whereas they tell me no she supposed to serve you there. Yes, annoyed now by the dismissal. So I have to wait while they get the price. then I go out, and the same lady is serving other customers. she proceeds to tell me I miss understood her, she said she needs to get a box, Lo and behold there is a trolley full of boxes. How's that for disrespect. then she keeps going on, I didn't understand, etc. So I show her my slip and say just give me the donuts. then she says again let me see your slip. Like I was going to ***** 2 donuts and lie about my slip, that even a colleague of hers walking past laughed when I asked if I'm really going to *****. The service keeps getting worse, from the lady at the bakery with the rolls to the cashiers. What about customer service???? We pay towards salaries and shouldn't have to keep getting treated like ****.
