BAD SERVICE PNP CLOTHING GLENGARRY, DURBANVILLE

Good day. I bought a bikini top from PNP clothing Glengarry center, Durbanville on 03.10.2025. I tried taking it back yesterday with all the labels and tags attached and was told it cannot be returned. It was pointed out to me that it says as much on the receipt in small print. Who looks at the small print on their recipes from a clothing shop? I was NOT informed of this when I purchased the item or else I would have ENSURED that it fitted me correctly before paying for it. It was only R99 but this is about principle. I emailed the customer services dept yesterday and in their reply email to me, it clearly stated that the cashier should have advised me verbally at point of sale, that it is not a refundable item. It was NOT explained to me. What I also don't understand is that they will refund for a bra but not a bikini which as explained, still has he tags and stickers on it. I have been trying since yesterday to get through to the PNO Clothing Glengarry branch but the phone just rings and rings and rings.
