Bad Service PNP ASAP

Pick n Pay ASAP has been horrible. I have given them more the 4 chances but still disappoints. I will place orders as early as 8am, however they will not be delivered or it will take more than 5 hours for it to be delivered. The most recent order which is # ***, status changed to driver(Nndwakhulu Daniel Tsanwai) on the way and will be you shortly at 11:21am from Newtown to Marshalltown and still at 13:30 the order has not been received. I called their Call Centre and I was on hold for than 10 minutes.
