Bad service PnP Alexandra

Poor service at PnP at Pan African Mall Alexandra. A cashier was taking time with customer whereby the other customers including myself were wondering why she is serving the man(customer) at the till for close to 10 minutes.

I then politely said to her that some of us are going to be late for work could she please hurry up. She then rudely started yelling at me, so then I responded telling her that I know my rights and that the customer is always right. She then accused me for swearing repeatedly at her which it was a lie and when I asked her repeatedly what swear word did I say to her? She failed to answer, the other customers also said that she is lying I did not swear at her. I then stormed out of the store because I was late for work and I ended up not buying the goods that I wanted

Im just sick and tired of some cashiers giving bad services and being rude unnecessarily. They fail to understand that we as customers pay their salary come month end. Could we not be civilised, matured and respect each other.
