Bad Service Pik N Pay east gate Mall

I had a bad experience with your staff at pik N Pay clothing east gate mall. I was not to enter the store with a trolly that had my grocery inside. I was told that this rule is made by the regional manager whom they could not give me the name. I must say that I'm very disappointed with this as this was not the 1st time I go to the store with a trolly. No one was able to even explain why such a rule in a big Mall and why are they not search customer upon leaving the shop then to turn them back. You have most certainly lost a customer in me.The manager Khosi Thango employees number ***. Buhle Makhubo is the employee that stopped me from entering the store. Very very bad service really. This is not exceptable from such a big brand.
