Bad Service Pick n Pay Observatory Black Friday shopping

So disappointed by Pick n Pay Observatory Cape Town. I went there on Friday, wanted to buy those 6 packs by 2 Long life milk and was told that the milk was out of stock and i asked them, that cant i get those loose one liters x 12 to make up for that special and that lady wearing Red refused, disappointed , i left to find something to buy, when i was walking passing that shelf i see this guy and a lady, talking about its the same when you get 12 one liters or the sealed and there's a bar code for it.

I got them and paid and went home happy
