Bad Service - Pick n Pay Mall of the South

I experienced the worst service at pick n pay Mall of the South The managers there were also not helpful, friendly and non remorseful of how the costumer felt. They have long queue's and don't care about customer service. They open one queue for SASSA payments and then the lady leaves the line to fetch money for a very long time no apology or excuse to say what's going on. When you try and complain to the manager you just told to be patient and no apology there too.
