Bad Service Pick N Pay Bedworthpark

I would like to report an incident that took place at pick n pay Bedworthpark on the 13/04/2021 at around 13:40 pm at the kioski were when I arrived they were assisting a customer with a refund, there are two tills but only one was operating, so we had to wait for them to refund the customer and watch them while they chat, mean while I am on a tea break I just want to buy a cigarrette, we waited for them for around ten minutes to the refund to b e done, after they done this cashier requested for a reprint, which required a supervisor so we had to wait again, until I complained to the cashier name Busisiwe that how can we wait so long for just buying cigarrete, the lady responded i a rude manner and told me that I will wait because that is were they only do refunds, I was not assisted and I did not buy my cigarrete, waisted my tea break at pick n pay for no reason, kindly assist in teaching your stuff Respect no matter the age, colour of the customer because they really treat people like ****. I did not even get time to speak to the supervisor (Caroline) because I was already late they took all my tea break.
