Bad service Pick n Pay Asap delivery

I ordered via the pick n Pay Asap on Sunday 26th November 2023 at 2:30pm. My order was accepted and money was deducted on my account.. The order kept on changing delivery times till it was late. Monday morning saw that it was an delivery tht was scheduled, no message informed me that the driver is coming. Later on checked the app, my order was delivered.. question is where was it delivered as I never received anything.. Called the customer care service and they gave me the stores number *** of which the agent tried calling the store but couldn't get them.. I also tried calling with no answer. Tried again they kept putting me on hold as the manager whose responsible forAsap orders was not available.. it's Tuesday and still no movement regarding my order or refund.. I want my refund ASAP..
