Bad service pick n pay

Pick n pay Eyethu Orange Farm offers the worst services for pensioners...I went today with my 75 years old mother who can’t even stand long my mother asked to be assisted as she is a pensioner and cannot stand long considering her chronic illnesses and I was carrying a new born baby we where assisted by a very nice security guy who sent us to the till to get assistance while we where being assisted at the till a lady by the name of Monica came by and rudely told of my mother that she cannot just barge in without asking why or what happend she scanned back all the items threw them back in the trolly not even giving us a chance to advice her why ?she didn’t even put back the groceries nicely she was throwing them and said I mus just stand the q carrying a new born baby with me and my sick mother should just wait there till I make it to the tills from my knowledge a (pregnant woman, old people(pensioners) people carrying new born babies )should never stand in long qs hence there is qs for them in other pick and pays this one is out of line and the stuff there is rude for a floor manager she needs to be trained she doesn’t know how to address customers she needs to work on her attitude and as a so called floor manager she has to come up with better ways of making qs to be fast and accommodate old people with needs I wonder what happens if you on a wheelchair wanting to shop at that store it’s a disaster it doesn’t cater for everyone and that stuff needs to be trained on how to treat clients BAD SERVICES and for that We never gonna set foot there. I do not tolerate people speaking to my mother like that . I hope pick n pay MANAGERS will do something about this issue to accommodate everyone I will spread the word about this bad service until we see change happening there....
