Bad service Pick 'n Pay

The online buying is a total mess. This is the second time in a row that I do don get my goods or days late. Last time I got one order in three deliveries. I was supposed to get my goods between 10 - 11 this morning, it is now 13:15 and still nothing. I phone the number and hold on for more than half an hour. They've got my money when I order, so I cannot cancel the order. I'm fedup!
