Bad Service Pick n Pay

"Warning: Avoid Pick n Pay ASAP delivery at all costs! Ordered groceries online, only to find out items were out of stock with ZERO notification. Now I have to wait 5-10 business days for a refund. Customer service? Is a joke 😡Jeez, that's so frustrating 😤! Pick n Pay's ASAP service is a total fail. No notification on out-of-stock items and then the wait for a refund, but they deduct money immediately? That's just unacceptable. Future customers, take note: steer clear of Pick n Pay's ASAP delivery if you value your time and sanity. Wow, that's just terrible service all around 😤. So I've tried contacting them and got nowhere. That's like adding salt to an open wound! I'd would give them a solid bad review on every platform possible and maybe even escalate it to their social media teams - sometimes that gets results. And seriously, future customers, don't bother with Pick n Pay ASAP - there are way better options out there 😡Total waste of time and energy. Would NOT recommend - there are FAR better grocery delivery services out there " If there were no stars to give I would give none.
