Bad service ,pick I pay steeldale lotto counter
Horrible attitude again at lotto counter, was waiting to be helped, this one,Rendani Tshishongo was leaning over counter texting,glaring at me like what do you want.... Lotto offline,again. Today 10.35am I asked her why you give that evil look? At least she wasn't as brutal as Phindile who told me I'm dirty. Seem ****** is at play by this counter. Weres the friendliness? Commen curtecy. The tellers at the grocery side all friendly. I COMPLAINED about phindile and never heard anything. Terrible pick I pay.

06 Feb 2023, 18:36No use,nothing gets done. This is the second incident. First was the phindile character. Never heard anything. Gets swept under the carpet. The African owner of steeldale sees nothing wrong. He doesn't care less.
I'm starting to hate shopping there. Was afraid to go back to lotto counter this afternoon.
