Bad service Pick and Pay Strand Center

<p>As i have been a loyal client of Pick and Pay Strand Center for quiet a few years it is with disgust that I write this review. The products that are popular with clients are always out of stock. I have called a supplier of fish products after purchasing these products from this store which were off. On mentioning bthe store name to the supplier the person just started laughing saying its not the first complaint received due to this Pick and Pay as they do not store the products at the correct temperature. An investigation is under way. I, one of a few clients have gone into overdraught because this Pick and Pay does not bank their card machinres on a daily basis. They blame my bank (Nedbank) which I have confirmed with that this Pick and Pay batch their banking causing these clients embarresment at other outlets. The so called manager just shrugs her shoulders with absolute arrogance blaming all but herself and her staff. I dont know how a store likje Pick and Pay can employ a woman like this!</p>
